In my opinion, life in the future, can be better or worse. If we control pollution, life will be better, but if we produce more pollution, life will be morse. I'm not sure, but in general, life will be better.
Nowadays, we control pollution. If we continue doing this life will be better. Humans will create robots which will help us. We might have more time for us or for entertaiment. But if we produce more weapons and we don't control pollution, life will be worse. If we burn the forests we won't have pure air.
If life is better, humans will probably colonise the space and we sill evolve. If life is worse, humans won't survive. A disease will kill us. I am not sure.
I don't know. You can pessimistic or optimistic depending on you opinions. Nowadays I'm optimistic about the future. I belive that people will learn to be reponsible and will control pollution. We will live in peace.

HISTORY AND COMPETITIONS
Surfing has existed since 1767. Surfing was first observed in Hawaii, y the crewmembers of the Dolphin at Tahiti. Later James K, wrote about the art of surfing. Surfing is a Polynesian sport. now there are clubs in a lot of countries, that have beaches. It's one of the most popular extreme sports around the world.
In the past, it was unopular. But, today, it's a very popular extreme sport. Now you can practice surfing in countries that have beach and, also, in a cruise. There are cruise ships which have got a swimming pool. The swimming pool makes waves and you can surf in it. It's popular in summer. The water is temperate and the weather is hot.
In the X Games, I suppose, that there are surfing competitions. Surf competitions are tremendoys fun and they, also, let you know the modalities of surfing. The competitiors have got different modalities and different tricks and games to impress the public. The X Games, this year, started on April 25th and lasted to the 27th in Brazil (Sambodromo Do Anherbi - Saô Paulo)

FAVOURITE SURFER
Kelly Slater is my favourite surfer. I like K.S bcause his stye is unique. he's a very famous surfer and he has won lots of trophies. I like his tricks and he impresses me. i have seen a lot of videos of him in surfing competitions. he controls the waves with his sruf table, in the water. My other favourite surfer is Andy irons. Both are contenders and they are fabulous! Kelly Slater has won37 trophies and Andy Irons has won 22 trophies.
EQUIPMENT
Surfing requires different peces of the equipment. You should always buy a good quality surf board. The boards, sometimes, have got drawings that make them unique. Also, you can personalize your surf board. The board has got a leash, The leash is a cord that keeps the surfer on the boars when he falls in the water. It prevents the board hit the surfer ot other problems. In hot weather you can wae boardshorts (they are normally larger than common shorts. They're special for sufing) The special and common clothes for surfing is a wetsuit. Wetsuit it's a protection clothes. It's warmer and it's made of neprene. You don't need helmet or pads for surfing.

I'm wiriting this email from Germany. The weather is really cold and rainy but one day I was lucky and it was sunny and a bit cold. I like it here because the house where I'm staying is very beatiful and the people of the village are very frindly with me. We've had a relacing holidays.
We've just arrived here in the village, but i don't know the name... It's very beatiful and there is the festival. The streets are decorated with lights abd flowers. Tonight we'rw going to the festival and we're going to a party at Jack's house.
Tomorrow we're going to leave the car here and we're going to travel by train to Berlin.

walk a few kilometres and you will stay on the beach! Our club is the
moment sensation . Here you can relax or do exercise, so you

here! They come to do our activities.
At the Our Lives Club we have two saunas with music. Also we have one
tennis court, two swimming pools and two gyms, so you haven't got an
excuse for not doing exercise. We have, also, special activities;

What exactly is a healthy lifestyle? It seems experts are constantly
telling us what we should eat, how much to exercise, bad habits to cut
back on, how much sunlight to get, what vitamins to take, and on and on
until we feel it's just impossible to live up to those lofty standards.
We decide that it doesn't really matter how we lead our lives, and cite
examples like our great-uncle who smoked like a chimney and ate nothing
but bacon but was still hitting the ski slopes at the ripe old age of
98. Despite the occasional blaring exception, however, we can't deny
the harsh truth: the lifestyle we choose to lead has a huge impact not
only on our physical health, but also on our mental well-being and
overall sense of happiness. We CAN change nasty habits, and when we
finally find the courage to make those difficult changes, we feel so
much better. We quit smoking and breathe more easily and start jogging
again; we cut the greasy foods out of our diets and we're less
sluggish; we get more shut-eye and feel on the ball at work. In the
end, the changes that seemed so painful and nearly impossible become
such a major part of our lives that we can't imagine how we could have
lived the old way. We never regret those healthy transformations.
So how do you get off on the right foot and make the decisions that can
lead to a healthier and happier lifestyle? First, educate yourself;
find out what your body needs to operate smoothly. The next step is to
evaluate how your body is doing. Finally, the most challenging but also
most satisfying part: you must make real plans to incorporate any
necessary changes. As Margaret Fuller once said, "A house is no home
unless it contains food and fire for the mind as well as the body."

All of this tells that I'm healthy but I can do more things to feel healthier and make it better. Some things I can do to improve:
-Don't eat fast food
-Don't smoke
-Don't drink alcohol
-Do exercise
-Have a helathier diet
-Don't take any drugs
I think that, at the moment, people have more illnesses caused by their lifestyle. They don't do any exercise, take drugs... YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE! (I try it)
